គណៈប្រតិភូនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យកម្ពុជាពីរបានទៅទស្សនកិច្ចក្រុមហ៊ុនហុងជូហ៊្រូដ








(ឆុងឆីង)៖ គណៈ​ប្រតិភូនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិបាត់ដំបង និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញបានទៅទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានៅទីស្នាក់កណ្តាលរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនហុងជូហ៊្រូដ (Hongjiu Fruit) នៅទីក្រុងឆុង   ឈីងនៃសាធារណៈរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ខែកញ្ញាឆ្នាំ២០២៣។ ទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះមានគោល បំណង ស្វែងយល់ពីភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ វប្បធម៌អង្គភាព ការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានមនុស្ស គម្រូអាជីវកម្ម និងការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងខ្សែសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ ការងារលទ្ធកម្ម ការដឹកជញ្ជូន និងការចែកចាយផលិតផលរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន។ លោកដឹង ហុងជូ (Deng Hungjui) អគ្គនាយកក្រុមហ៊ុន ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងបុគ្គលិកក្រុមហ៊ុនបានទទួលស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅដល់គណៈប្រតិភូនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យទាំងយើងទាំងពីរ។​

ក្រុមហ៊ុននេះបាននឹងកំពុងសិក្សាទីផ្សារ និងលទ្ធភាពក្នុងធ្វើវិនិយោគទន់លើវិស័យកសិកម្មនៅក្នុងខេត្តបាត់ដំបងដើម្បីដាំដុះ និងនាំចេញផ្លែឈើសំខាន់ៗចំនួន៦ មុខរួមមាន៖ ធូរ៉េន ម្ឃុត មៀន ស្រកានាគ ឆែរី និងទំពាំងបាយជូ។ ក្រុមហ៊ុនហុងជូហ៊្រូដបានចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិ​   បត្តិការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តសាកលជាមួយមូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគ្រិនភាពនៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហរិញ្ញវត្ថុនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រុមហ៊ុន  Advance Digital World Trade ដើម្បីលើកម្ពស់ឌីជីថលូបនីយកម្មនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងសង្វាក់ផ្តត់ផ្គង់ផលិតផលកសិកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា នៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីពិពរណ៍ពាណិជ្ជកម្មចិន- អាស៊ានលើកទី២០ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ កន្លងទៅនេះ។ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិបាត់ដំបង និងវិទ្យាស្ថានខុងជឺនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិបាត់ដំបងនឹងធ្វើកិច្ចសហប្រតិការលើការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ធន ធានមនុស្ស ការស្រាវជ្រាវកសិកម្ម និងកសិកមុ្មនាពេលអានាគត។

សូមរំលឹកដែរថា ក្រុមហ៊ុនហុងជូហ៊្រូដជាក្រុមហ៊ុនកសិកម្មចិនឈានមុខគេមួយដែលបានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២២ ដោយផ្តោតលើការធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការខ្សែសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ផ្លែឈើដែលមានគុណភាពខ្ពស់នៅបរទេស និងនៅប្រទេសចិន។ ក្រុមហ៊ុនបានប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងខ្សែសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ និងចែកចាយផលិតផលផ្លែឈើដោយផ្ទាល់ពីកសិដ្ឋានជុំវិញពិភព លោកទៅកាន់អ្នកលក់រាយនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសចិន។


National University of Battambang organizes a capacity-building workshop on 21st-century teaching skills










































(Battambang): The Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Education of the National University of Battambang has organized a 21st Century Teaching Skills Training Program in the 21st Teach Skills Teacher Training Program, which was co-sponsored by the European Union from September 19 to 21, 2023, at the National University of Battambang. The workshop was attended by 40 leaders, faculty members, academic staff, and students. This program aims to train and share pedagogical knowledge with participants on two modules and five main sub-topics, including:

1. Student-centered learning in higher education.

2. Innovative teaching methods. digital tools and their application possibilities.

3. Assessment of achievements in higher education.

4. Development of critical and reflective thinking skills, and designing the study subject.

5. Creativity in higher education: environment, teaching and learning.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the capacity building workshop, H.E. SOK Khorn, Rector of the National University of Battambang, said: "This training has contributed to strengthening the teaching capacity of teachers and helping improve the quality of education for students. According to the 10-year strategy of the National University of Battambang and the Pentagon strategy of the Royal Government of Cambodia in the 7th legislature of the National Assembly”, In addition, he stressed that the education program of the National University of Battambang in all disciplines incorporates 21st century skills, including communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking, in response to higher education reform of the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports and the sub-decree on the Cambodian National Qualifications Framework. The university has been preparing digital contents of some courses into the Moodle as NUBB’s learning management system to implement the Sub-Decree on the Establishment of the Cyber University Network of Cambodia.

During this training, the National University of Battambang organized a "Networking Event" that attended by 60 participants who were educational partners, leaders, academic staff and students of the National University of Battambang in order to promote the progress of the project and share its knowledge and experiences related to curriculum development and teaching pedagogy in the 21st century.

It should also be noted that this 21st Century Teaching Skills Project has six main objectives, including:

  • 1.   Improve the quality of higher education and lifelong learning
  • 2.     Promote relevant education for the job market
  • 3.     Improve the level of ability and skills in higher education institutions
  • 4.     Promote the capacity for innovation and internationalization in higher education institutions
  • 5.     Promote cooperation with European universities to develop curricula in higher education
  • 6.     Promote interpersonal relationships and understanding of intercultural

The project is part of a collaborative project for innovation and capacity building in higher education, funded by the European Union with six partners from European and Asian universities, including Greece (University of Ioannina), Lithuania (Klaipeda University), Luxemburg (Novel Group), India (Symbiosis International University and Banasthali Vidyapith), China (Southwest University and Shenzhen Polytechnic) and Cambodia (Royal University of Phnom Penh)

MoU between National University of Battambang and The Education University of Hong Kong dated 24 April 2023






































On 24 April 2023, Professor Cheung signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rector of the National University of Battambang (NUBB), His Excellency SOK Khorn. The MoU provides a framework to facilitate strategic education collaboration between the two universities, marking the beginning of a new phase of close cooperation.

 

His Excellency SOK Khorn expressed his wishes to deepen cooperation with EdUHK, particularly in areas of student and staff exchange, joint research projects, and organizing online seminars and workshops for students and staff at NUBB.

The National University of Battambang participates in the project management meeting and the third study visit of the 21st Century Teaching Skills Project


(Phnom Penh): Dr. Sam Rany, Vice-Rector, a representative of His Excellency Sok Khorn, Rector of the National University of Battambang, led a delegation of five leaders, including Mr. Yoeng Hak, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Education; Mr. Tieng Morin, Dean of the Faculty of Business Management and Tourism, Mr. Im Kuoy, Vice-Dean of Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Education, Mr. Hour Ry, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Education, and Mr. Em Dara, Head of Foundation Year Department have attended the third project management meeting and study visit from March 6 to 11, 2023 at the Sunway Hotel and Royal University of Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 

The third study visit aims to learn about the education and culture systems as well as share the best practices and experiences related to the teaching methods and educational programs of partner universities in the project. Some 21st Century Learning and Teaching Materials, such as Collaborative Problem Solving, Deep Thinking, Digital Evolution, and 21st-century Century Learning and Assessment, will be shared on the official website at www.21stteachskills.eu for upcoming projects.

The National University of Battambang has incorporated these skills into its curriculum to improve the quality of students' education in line with the University's strategic plan, the National Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, and the policies of the Royal Government of Cambodia. During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Katerina Tasidou, Project Coordinator, stated that the reason for choosing the Kingdom of Cambodia as the third study visit is because Cambodia is developed, prosperous, and has a beautiful and environmentally friendly environment. Peace in the region Please note that the 21st Century Teaching Skills Project (Erasmus + CBHE 21st Century Teaching Skills) is part of a collaborative project for innovation and capacity building in higher education with the European Commission’s financial support. It has six university partners, including Greece (University of Ioannina), Lithuania (Klaipeda University), Luxembourg (Novel Group), Cambodia (Royal University of Phnom Penh and National University of Battambang), China (Southwest University and Shenzhen Polytechnic), and India (Symbiosis International/Deemed University and Banasthali University).

ព្រះករុណាព្រះបាទសម្តេចព្រះនរោត្តម សីហនុ «ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ» បានស្ថាបនាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទបាត់ដំបងតាមរយៈ ព្រះរាជក្រឹត្យលេខ ៣៤/៦៨.ប.រ ចុះថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨ និងបានសម្ពោធជាផ្លូវការក្រោមព្រះរាជធិបតីភាពដ៍ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុត ព្រះបាទសម្តេចនរោត្តម សីហនុ នៅថ្ងៃទី ៣១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨។ ​ ជាអកុសល សាកលវិទ្យាល័យនេះបានបិទទ្វារទៅវិញ ដោយសារតែសង្រ្គាមស៊ីវិល នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។​

សាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិបាត់ដំបងត្រូវបានបង្កើតជាគ្រឹះស្ថានសាធារណៈរដ្ឋបាល តាមរយៈ អនុក្រឹត្យលេខ២៨៨ អនក្រ.បក ចុះថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២១។

His Majesty King Norodom Sihanouk established the Royal University of Battambang by Royal Decree No. 34/68, dated April 30, 1968. It was officially inaugurated on October 31, 1968, under the highest presidency of Prince Norodom Sihanouk. Unfortunately, the university was closed because of the civil war in 1970.

After the civil war, Samdech Krolahom Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior initiated the idea of re-establishing this university, called "the University of Battambang", through sub-decree No. 27 of the ANKr. B.K. Dated March 21, 2007. On December 9, 2010, the University of Battambang was officially opened by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. 

By Sub-Decree No. 206 from December 15, 2020, the name of the University of Battambang was changed to the "National University of Battambang."

The National University of Battambang (NUBB) was established as the Public Administrative Institution by Sub-Decree No. 288 of the ANKr. B.K. Dated December 31, 2021.
